How does it work?
- Request bottles from Lifeline
- Distribute them to your church or organization
- Each member takes home a bottle or two
- Everyone fills a bottle with change, cash, or checks (payable to Lifeline PHC).
- OR fill a bottle for your church digitally through our fundraising pages!
- Return the bottles to Lifeline and make an impact for LIFE
