Pure Freedom Educator 

Job Description

Pure Freedom Sexual Risk Avoidance Educators travel to regional middle and high schools teaching 6 – 12th grade students about healthy relationship skills and sexual health. The educator works with teachers, administrators, counselors, nurses, and students to ensure that teens receive an optimal-health, primary-prevention education aimed at encouraging teens to choose healthy behaviors and avoid sexual risk. Pure Freedom is a program based on a community saturation model conducted in over 17 counties across Northeast Missouri. The candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, personable, and enjoy classroom instruction. They should enjoy working with pre-teen and teenage groups and have the ability to clearly and persuasively convey the program content. This position commitment requires at minimum two full academic years. This position is 40 hours weekly.

DadLINE Fatherhood Group Facilitator

Job Description:

DadLINE facilitators are responsible for the planning, organizing, and leading of fatherhood group workshops.  The successful candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, personable, and enjoy group facilitation. Beyond implementing group workshops, facilitators also assist in the implementation of the DadLINE program by assisting in the retention of participants. DadLINE facilitators also coordinate with the Program Manager to support case management and referrals for program participants.

Program Coordinator

Job Description:

The Program Coordinator will provide Lifeline programs, including the DadLINE fatherhood program and the Pure Freedom sexual risk avoidance education program, with vital support in scheduling, data management, and maintaining program fidelity. As program facilitators administer the program, the Program Coordinator will assist in the program evaluation process and financial fidelity through cultivating community partnerships, scheduling workshops, managing program supplies, and other program support duties. The Coordinator must be efficient, organized, resourceful, flexible, and function with strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced and confidential environment. Strong oral and written communication skills exhibited through a friendly attitude are very important. This position is 32 hours weekly.
